Santa Fe ho! - 09/26/2003

I feel like we're kinda zipping through New Mexico. From Carlsbad, we hit Roswell, best known (in my mind) for the International UFO Museum, which *thoroughly* documents the Roswell Incident of 1947. Kinda sounds like aliens may have landed.

From there, we cut west across New Mexico, though the beautiful mountains, and camped just south of Albuquerque.

The next day, we tried going to Alicia's Restaurant on the south side of Albuquerque for huevos rancheros (I've had them there before, delicious) but the place was closed for good. We found another place to satisfy my appetite, then booked on up to Santa Fe.

Santa Fe is very nice. Despite the rich white bustling tourists all over, I could see myself living there. The Wal-Mart, where we are now, is beautiful - must be a city building code. Figures.
