Mesa Verde RV Resort - 10/03/2003
Just outside Mesa Verde National Park in southwestern Colorado is, ta da, Mesa Verde RV Resort. A young couple recently purchased it and has been doing major rennovations, including adding high-speed wireless internet access. This is the FIRST campground we've encountered that has offered any kind of internet access whatsoever. Maybe we should spend a while here...
OK, I'm lying. I'm writing this here in December. As many of you known, we actually stayed for over 6 weeks at this campground. They let us stay for free and even paid me some money, in exchange for fixing all the internet and computer problems and installing stronger wireless and outdoor ethernet jacks. We had a blast there. We hope to make it back sometime, as Alan and Shelly were pregnant (mostly Shelly) and expecting at the end of November... which was just after we left but before I'm writing this.
